Conker Iced Tea Royale
Gin lovers, rejoice! We have the perfect blend of sweet and sour in this vibrant summer cocktail.
Ingredients
105ml your favourite Earl Grey tea
1 dash of lemon juice (or to taste)
½ tsp sugar
Slice of lemon for garnish
Ice cubes
- Brew Earl Grey tea and cool for 20 minutes.
- Fill a medium sized jug with ice, then add gin. Let it trickle over the ice cubes so that every glass you pour has the perfect blend of alcohol and mixer. Choose the size of your jug based on how strong you want your tipple to be.
- Top up with cooled Earl Grey tea, add a dash of lemon juice and sugar to taste. Try making sugar syrup for a smoother texture — simply add two tbsp of sugar to one cup of boiled water. Stir until the mixture is clear, then trickle into cocktail mix.
Strawberry Iced Tea
This strawberry iced tea is pink and green and delicious. If you have a sweet tooth, try wetting the rim of your glass slightly, then dipping it into some sugar for Instagram-worthy presentation.
Ingredients
35ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
75ml strawberry tea
Garnish with strawberries and a slice of lime
Crushed Ice
- Brew strawberry tea and allow to cool for 20 minutes.
- Add Hernö Old Tom Gin to a martini glass with some crushed ice.
- Top up with the cooled strawberry tea and garnish with additional strawberries and a slice of lime on the rim.
- If the mix is too bitter for you, try making sugar syrup by adding two tbsp of sugar to one cup of boiled water. Stir until the mixture is clear, then trickle into cocktail mix.
