Diane, 75, has been an actress for over 50 years, and she has no intention of slowing down any time soon.
In fact, Diane Keaton wants to do more than ever, she says, “I never understood the idea that you’re supposed to mellow as you get older. Slowing down isn’t something I relate to at all. The goal is to continue in good and bad, all of it.”
The actress has never been one to conform to stereotypes and refuses to do what society expects, she says, “We can grow gracefully, or gorgeously. I pick both.” And one look at her super popular Instagram account shows she has indeed chosen both.
Diane Keaton became a mother in her 50s after adopting two children, daughter Dexter and son Duke. On her to decision to become a mum she reflects, “Motherhood has completely changed me. It’s just about the most completely humbling experience that I’ve ever had.”
